Cancelled Orders
If an order is placed and cancelled before shipping there will be a 20% Cancellation fee, if an order is cancelled after shipping the cost of shipping is forfeited by the customer and a 50% restocking fee will be applied to any refund.

*Insertable Toys (e.g. Dildos, Butt Plugs Vibrators & Gags), Cock & Ball Toys, Medical Toys, Bras and Underwear (both Men’s and Women’s) for health reasons have a 50% restocking fee applied that will be deducted from the refund, as these products cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Our customer’s health and well-being is paramount to us and it is deemed that once a product has been shipped from our warehouse is used and will not be resold.

** Goods that require a signature confirmation (E.G American Express Customers, Express Mail Delivery) it will be the customers reasonability to accept delivery of their order and or pick them up if required from there post office. Customers that fail to accept delivery of the order, will be given two options; either have their product resent to them or a 50% cancellation free will apply to there orders refund.
